The Cultural Alliance is looking to hire a full-time Development Director to provide leadership and vision for all philanthropic initiatives. The role will include implementation of the Cultural Alliance’s recently developed 5-year fundraising plan. The Development Director will report to the President and work in conjunction with the Executive Team in the areas of fundraising, advocacy, and public relations.
Qualified candidates for this position will have a bachelor’s degree and/or five or more years of development and fundraising experience, with emphasis placed on experience over education. Experience should include applied knowledge of fundraising strategies and donor relations with foundations, individuals, and corporations and a proven track record with major gift fundraising.
