“We were thrilled to add a number of new grantees this year from across the region,” stated Rita Whitney, Impact Director at the Cultural Alliance of York County. “Our partnership with the PCA, alongside our hands-on approach to grantmaking, ensures that dollars from our state budget are distributed equitably and our pool of supported arts programs continues to grow.”
Applications for the Creative Sector Flex Fund will reopen in June 2025 for the 2025/2026 grant cycle. Organizations with strong arts programming and an average annual revenue between $10,000-$200,000 are encouraged to apply. All grant funds must be matched by the organization and used for the following calendar year. This program is administered by the Cultural Alliance in York, Adams, Franklin, and Fulton Counties. The process begins with a letter of interest (LOI) to determine eligibility.
