Artober York Fundraising Events

by | Oct 16, 2023 | 0 comments

In York County, PA, every October is Artober York as we celebrate National Arts and Humanities Month!

We will be working hard this month to celebrate the rich cultural community that exists in York County, how we all benefit from the investment made into the local Arts and Cultural sector, and giving you lots of opportunities to help keep it moving forward.  Make a contribution as low as $5 today and know that you are joining hundreds of other York Countians who understand the necessity of our museums, symphonies, artists and arts education for all ages!

Who is the Cultural Alliance?
As the only United Arts Fund in South Central Pennsylvania, the Cultural Alliance is THE advocate for our cultural community at the local, state, and national level. We work with York County as well as state government officials and agencies all year long to ensure that we are not overlooked for resources to help our cultural community thrive.
Why support the Cultural Alliance?
Every single gift to the Cultural Alliance campaign in 2022 supported a total of 61 cultural organizations and 31 individual artists, generating $14.1 million in economic impact in our local shops, restaurants, and businesses. Support of the arts grows economies and knits our community together, AND STILL it is often overlooked and undervalued. Help us to change the narrative.
